Your role is to handle inbound enquiries professionally, qualify the prospect, gather key details, and route them into the correct internal workflow for follow-up.This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role ideal for SDRs who are confident on the phone, organised, and able to manage high-volume call traffic.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide a clear explanation of the core product offering.Follow the structured inbound qualification framework (training provided).Collect all required information accurately (company, contact details, order specifics).Log every call and update HubSpot in real time.Create tasks and pass qualified opportunities to the appropriate AE.Provide excellent customer experience and maintain a high standard of professionalism.Work to daily/weekly KPIs (answer rate, qualification rate, CRM hygiene).RequirementsPrevious SDR, call-centre, or high-volume phone experience preferred but not required.Strong communication and listening skills.Confident dealing with inbound calls and handling objections.Comfortable using HubSpot (or similar CRM).Highly organised and able to follow structured processes.Fast learner - able to understand product information quickly.Full availability for the full 1-month project.What We OfferCompetitive day rate paid weekly.High-energy team environment with daily support.The opportunity to secure a long-term SDR role after the 1-month project.Work with a fast-scaling agency engaged in multiple high-growth client projects.Job Type: Fixed termContract length: 1 monthPay: €15.00-€17.50 per hourExpected hours: 35 per week
