Job Description
The role involves engaging with customers to ensure satisfactory and timely resolution of queries.
You will act as the interface between customers, stores and suppliers, liaising with Stores customer service departments to corroborate queries and ensure accurate reporting.
Work with suppliers to ascertain root cause and acceptable outcomes. Monitor timely response and close out of queries. Report, trend and analyse customer feedback on a weekly basis to the wider team.
