Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a leading multinational who are one of the best at what they do. This position involves collaborating with stakeholders to manage and execute programs, coordinating meetings and schedules, gathering metrics to evaluate program impact, and ensuring completion of required components of a learning solution.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with key manufacturing site and function stakeholders to manage, coordinate, and execute the program's audience.
* Lead, develop, and execute project management tasks and schedule meetings, with the necessary agenda, input, and outputs.
* Gather metrics to evaluate program and learner impact.
* Ensure completion of required components of a learning solution across learner audiences in sequence, where applicable.
* Communicate with first-line managers of participants regarding their responsibilities for sponsorship, pull-through, and post-event certifications, as needed.
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience and knowledge in Learning & Development, Project Management, and Program Coordination.
* Manufacturing acumen preferred.
