Fixed Term Whole Time Post (duration to 1st May 2028) UCC wishes to appoint a Systems Enhancement Project Manager to lead a key programme of transformation within People & Culture, driving meaningful improvements to systems, processes and data across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the HRIS Manager, the post holder will lead the delivery of enhancement and process redesign initiatives across the University's CoreHR/PeopleXD platform and related systems. They will play a central role in improving data quality, expanding reporting and analytics capability, and enhancing system usability to support evidence-based decision-making and operational excellence. Working closely with colleagues across People & Culture and stakeholders University-wide, the successful candidate will provide strategic project leadership across multiple workstreams, helping to streamline processes, digitise workflows and elevate the overall user experience. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and influencing ability, and a commitment to continuous improvement. As the University evolves, adaptability, initiative and a proactive mindset will be essential. Responsibilities may evolve to reflect emerging priorities and organisational developments. Appointment may be made on the Admin I Salary Scale: €85,266 - € 112,323 (Scale B) / €82,333 - €106,704 (Scale A) Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
