We seek a seasoned finance leader to spearhead the development of our company's core financial processes, controls, and reporting frameworks from scratch. This critical role involves serving as a trusted partner to our CEO and investor, ensuring robust financial management during periods of value creation.
* Establish a comprehensive finance function from inception, encompassing processes, reporting, controls, and governance.
* Own all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management initiatives.
* Develop and maintain robust financial models to support investment proposals and strategic planning.
* Design and implement KPI dashboards, management reporting packs, and investor materials.
* Oversee external advisors in audit, tax, banking, and legal matters.
