Business Development Representative, Outbound (German speaking)

This role will be based in our Dublin office and will be required to come onsite 3 days a week. Relocation support is available for those who move to Dublin from another country in Europe.
What you will do
1. Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape.
2. Outbound with strategic and thoughtful messaging to upmarket prospects.
3. Partner with marketing to manage outbound campaigns to increase lead volume.
4. Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodology.
5. Maintain and update accurate records in CRM.
What you will need

3. Desire to join a competitive team-based environment.
4. Previous Sales Development or Business Development experience preferred.
5. Fluent English and German required.

This role will receive a competitive On-Target Earnings (base salary + sales commission) + benefits + equity. The On-Target Earnings* for employees will be 70/30 commission split for base/variable pay.
The pay range for this role is:
80,000 - 80,000 EUR per year (Dublin Office)
