Community Intervention Team Nurse

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Registered General Nurse to join our Community Intervention Team with the Health Service Executive in South Dublin.

About the Role

* The role is based in South Dublin and will require some travel to various locations, including but not limited to: Dublin 8, Dublin 4, Dublin 2, and Rathfarnham.

The working week is negotiable for the right candidates but preferably 3 days per week commitment and Mon-Fri availability required. We understand that work-life balance is essential. Our induction program includes shadow support and training opportunities. You will be able to develop your skills in our busy nurse-led service which offers autonomy in nursing.
Our team delivers services from Monday - Sunday between 8am - 10pm:
I. Administration of IV antibioticsII. Acute anticoagulation managementIII. Urinary related care e.g SPC care and flushesIV. Ostomy CareV.Medication ManagementVI.Enhanced Nurse MonitoringVII.Care of patients with respiratory illnessVIII.Acutewound careand dressings
