Digital Sales Team Overview:
The Digital Sales team at Autodesk is responsible for providing a seamless digital buying experience to our customers. As a member of this team, you will focus on understanding customer challenges and goals through inbound calls and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), with the goal of selling our solutions digitally.
This role is hybrid, offering flexibility in working from home or using office spaces as needed. You may occasionally attend office-based meetings or workshops.
Position Overview:
Digital Sales Representative Responsibilities:
1. Establish relationships with customers to identify business opportunities and transact business directly with customers from inbound hotlines and outbound calls assisted by MQLs.
2. Qualify and document important partners, business processes, and technical requirements for deals.
3. Transition qualified opportunities for upselling to the appropriate sales representative or partner if necessary.
4. Identify opportunities to upsell or apply incremental programs/promos initiated by sales management, creating additional revenue streams.
5. Create all leads and opportunities using Salesforce, practicing excellent pipeline and lead management and organization.
6. Manage outbound and inbound calls, process orders, advance opportunities, train, administer, and develop career skills.
7. Represent Autodesk, navigating resources to meet customer needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. At least 2 years of sales experience, with a passion for learning and growth.
2. Native proficiency in French or German, and English language skills.
3. Outbound calling experience required.
4. Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies.
5. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
6. Ability to own a complete sales cycle from lead generation to close.
7. Experience in software or SaaS inbound or outbound sales environment, interacting with clients of all levels, is a plus.
8. Experience closing business directly using appropriate tools/systems is a plus.
