As one of the most creatively driven animation studios, we are passionate about creating high-quality, engaging content for kids and families everywhere.We are currently looking for a CG Production Assistant to join our talented team here at our Dublin studio.The successful candidate will drive the on-time completion of CG production tasks for the asset design & build phases through the designated CG department and to provide support to the CG Production team.This is a Fixed-Term, 9-Month contract based in Dublin.Please note that our studio operates on a hybrid model, with two days per week required in the studio.The successful candidate must have the right to work in Ireland for the duration of the contract.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborating with artistic teams to ensure on-time delivery of tasks.To provide active support for the CG Production team.Supporting the CG Department/Production Coordinators and helping to provide cover for their departments during periods of overflow or annual leave.Effective scheduling of tasks in line with asset design & build schedules in communication with the artistic team.Effective scheduling of Episodic notes tasks in line with the animation schedules (working with the Lead Layout artist).Delivering DMPs from the Art dept to Post Production in line with schedules.Inputting weekly departmental dashboard (BART) reports on each project for your relevant department.Supporting the Head of Art and design team on Development tests.Providing daily and weekly status reports to project production teams.Booking and facilitating departmental meetings as required.Key RequirementsKnowledgeBasic understanding of schedules and deadlines.ExperiencePrevious Production experience preferred, ideally in an animation environment.Experience maintaining tracking documents.Technical SkillsApplied use of Microsoft Office, in particular excel.Practical use of Photoshop would be beneficial.Experience working with asset tracking software Shotgrid/Flow would be beneficial.Salary26, ,000.00
