Are you looking for a new challenge in recruitment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis.
As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial part in delivering effective end-to-end recruitment campaigns. This includes sourcing and shortlisting candidates, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and providing regular candidate feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Source candidates: Utilize a mix of job boards, social media, referrals, and database searches to identify top talent.
2. Screen CVs and conduct phone screenings: Assess the suitability of candidates through thorough screening processes.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews: Work closely with hiring managers to coordinate interview panels and schedules.
4. Liaise with hiring managers: Understand recruitment needs and timelines to ensure smooth hiring processes.
5. Draft compelling job ads: Create engaging job advertisements that attract top candidates.
6. Support employer branding initiatives: Help drive best practice in employer branding and candidate experience.
7. Ensure compliance: Ensure all hiring activity aligns with relevant employment legislation and internal policies.
What You'll Need:
* 3+ years' experience in a hands-on recruitment role
* Experience using an ATS or HR system (Candidate Manager desirable)
* A qualification in HRM or a related field (Level 7 or above)
* Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* A collaborative and proactive approach, with a focus on delivering results
