Electrical Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical projects from conception to completion. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of complex electrical projects. Key Responsibilities:

* Develop detailed scopes for electrical projects based on client requests and apply value engineering principles where possible.
* Evaluate MCC's and electrical installations to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.
* Define electrical requirements for capital projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
* Ensure safe working practices and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations and codes.
* Manage electrical projects throughout the project lifecycle and ensure timely delivery.

Required Qualifications:

* A relevant degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* 8-10 years of experience in delivering electrical projects in a complex manufacturing facility within a highly automated GMP production environment.
* Ability to read, understand, and fault-find electrical schematics/systems during FATs or on-site commissioning.
* Knowledge and experience of hazardous area and ATEX requirements would be advantageous.
* Instrumentation, automation & control knowledge with project upgrade experience of PLC's / BMS / SCADA / DCS (HVAC BMS upgrades / Process Safety upgrades, etc.).
* Strong understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
* Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation from project teams to site leadership teams.
* Strong computer MS Office skills (PP, Word, Excel, etc.).
