The role of a Quantity Surveyor is to provide professional costings for various funding schemes across the private housing sector.
Job Purpose
The postholder will be responsible for determining overall costings for a suite of funding schemes aimed at improving housing standards, energy efficiency, and reducing fuel poverty. These schemes also aim to enable persons with a disability to live independently and remain in their home.
This requires a high level of professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail in providing accurate costings and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements
* Possess a degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying and demonstrate 2 years' relevant experience.
* OR possess a relevant BTEC Higher Certificate/Diploma or equivalent level qualification in Quantity Surveying and demonstrate 3 years' relevant experience.
Candidates should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
