Project Manager - Operational Efficiency Expert
We are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to lead and deliver impactful projects focused on operational efficiency and process improvement, particularly in logistics and supply chain management.
This is not your standard Project Management role. You will be a central force in identifying areas for change, managing key business improvement initiatives, and ensuring consistent delivery of strategic projects that drive measurable outcomes.

* 35 years' experience in a Project Management lead role integrating a new Warehouse Management System (WMS).
* A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to delivery.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
* A strategic mindset with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering solutions.
* Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
* Experience managing cross-functional teams and building trust with key stakeholders.
* Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
* High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
* A structured thinker who stays calm under pressure and keeps projects moving forward.
