Key Responsibilities
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers, handling all service-related enquiries.
* Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
* Providing a professional service by processing all enquiries efficiently.
* Liaising with internal teams to investigate and respond to all client queries raised.
* Assisting with the Client Onboarding process.
* Contributing to projects and process improvements as required.
Requirements
* A third-level qualification in a business-related discipline (Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Studies).
* Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
* Persuasive, enthusiastic, and outgoing nature with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
* Able to work on their own initiative and to strict deadlines.
