Job Title: Assistant Retail Manager
This role involves assisting the shop manager in the operation of an Irish Cancer Society store. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational standards, interacting with customers in a professional manner and ensuring accurate records of sales and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining operational standards consistent with or exceeding industry norms.
* Interacting with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
* Accurately recording sales and payments.
* Supporting and proactively managing staff members including volunteers.
* Maintaining a safe environment for customers, volunteers and staff.
