Analog Devices currently employs 150 people in Cork, with a further 1,800 people in Limerick where it designs and manufactures Integrated Circuits for use in a huge range of diversified products and processes. This is a diverse role suitable for someone who likes to take a hands-on approach to a variety of tasks.ResponsibilitiesTrack Time and Attendance for allocated group.Order components and materials as required.Assist in organizing conferences including room/venue booking, catering, travel arrangements, etc.Assist with site communications.Administrative support for a variety of company/employee events.Reception support for the office.Skills and QualificationsMust be flexible and quick to learn new skills and handle change effectively.Proven ability to plan and track group events, including facilities, catering and travel.Works as a competent member of the team, and willingly provides back-up support for co-workers when appropriate.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, and conflicting priorities without loss of composure.Excellent organizational skills and constant attention to detail.Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.Export licensing note: For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
