Fohntech Group are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager for a client based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Key commercial role within the PMO supporting delivery of hyperscale data centre projects. Responsible for cost control, contract administration, and commercial management of MEP and CSA packages, ensuring projects are delivered on budget and in line with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project budgets, cost reporting, and forecasting
Administer contracts (NEC/FIDIC or similar) and manage change control
Review and assess contractor applications, variations, and claims
Support procurement strategy, tendering, and package awards
Monitor commercial performance across MEP & CSA packages
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Interface with project controls, planning, and delivery teams within PMO
Provide accurate reporting to senior stakeholders and client
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related field
5–10 years’ experience in construction/commercial rolesExperience on large-scale projects (data centres or mission-critical preferred)
Strong understanding of contract forms (NEC, FIDIC, etc.)
Proven cost management and reporting experience
Data centre or mission-critical project experience
Experience working within a PMO/client-side environment
Familiarity with Nordic markets or regulations
