(Assistant) Vice President, Fund Operations
On behalf of a global private investment group, we are looking to appoint a (Assistant) Vice President, Fund Operations.
This is a newly created position within a growing Real Estate fund platform that supports a wider, diversified portfolio of investments.
The successful candidate will manage financial operations, and reporting across a range of regulated entities, providing financial control and oversight of external service providers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial and operational control for multiple Real Estate funds.
Produce, reconcile, and analyse monthly financial and operational performance, consolidating group-level results across multi-currency entities.
Support capital call and distribution processes, cash and liquidity management, and fund performance reporting.
Provide transaction support for new investments and divestments, including KYC and due diligence oversight.
Prepare financial modelling and analysis of incentive structures (LTIPs) and fund-level performance KPIs.
Candidate Profile
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5–10 years’ post‑qualified experience.
Strong background in fund administration, investment management, or fund operations.
Solid understanding of private markets structures and multi‑jurisdictional entities.
Proven ability to work across complex fund structures (Real Estate in particular) and manage third‑party administrators.
Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive in improving processes and controls.
