The role
We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Senior Process Automation & Integration Lead to drive enterprise‑wide automation, systems integration, and digital transformation initiatives across a global organisation. This is a high‑impact role focused on improving operational efficiency, enhancing system connectivity, and building scalable integration capabilities across multiple business functions and platforms.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the business to analyse current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver robust integration solutions that enable seamless data flow across the organisation’s technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise‑wide process automation and systems integration initiatives across multiple business functions
Analyse current ("as‑is") business processes and design future‑state ("to‑be") operating models
Partner with business stakeholders to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimisation
Design, develop, and implement scalable integration solutions using APIs and middleware technologies
Build and enhance the organisation’s integration layer to support seamless and secure data movement across platforms
Drive connectivity and integration across:
Multiple ERP systems across global operations
Ensure data flows efficiently, accurately, and securely between enterprise systems
Conduct gap analysis and recommend scalable, practical technical solutions
Collaborate with technical and functional teams across international business units
Contribute to integration architecture, technical standards, and best practices
Act as both a hands‑on technical lead and a strategic contributor to wider digital transformation initiatives
Support the future growth and leadership of an integration and automation function
Required Experience & Skills
8+ years’ experience in process automation, systems integration, digital transformation, or related disciplines
Proven hands‑on experience integrating enterprise platforms through APIs
Strong experience orchestrating and managing data flows across multiple business systems and applications
Experience operating within complex enterprise environments involving multiple systems and ERP platforms
Strong understanding of integration architecture and middleware technologies
Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Experience in business process mapping and process improvement delivery
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on technical execution
Experience working within global or multi‑site organisations
Experience implementing enterprise integration layers
Exposure to eCommerce ecosystems and customer‑focused digital platforms
Previous experience building, mentoring, or leading technical teams
Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles
Familiarity with cloud‑based integration technologies
