Senior Operations Manager - Manufacturing Site
Location: Dublin (Onsite)
Salary: *******k with 20% bonus
The Senior Operations Manager leads day-to-day site operations, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and strong customer delivery.
The role drives continuous improvement, manages cross-functional performance, and develops a high-performing, engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Lead site operations to deliver output, quality, service, and cost targets.
Drive a strong safety-first culture and ensure full regulatory compliance.
Monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement continuous improvement.
Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, and other teams to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and motivate teams, promoting inclusion, accountability, and a high-performance culture.
Manage operational costs and support customer relationships through reliable operational delivery.
Support long-term planning, resource allocation, and process optimisation initiatives.
Experience & Qualifications
5+ years' leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing (electronics or similar preferred).
Proven track record in operational management, KPI delivery, and process improvement.
Experience working directly with customers and supporting key account operations.
Strong cross-functional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, HR, and EHS.
Experience with Lean/CI or Agile process improvement is advantageous.
