Administrative Professional Role Overview
This role plays a vital part in supporting internal processes, sales teams, and ensuring the seamless operation of daily tasks.
* Contract Management: Monitor relevant tender opportunities, coordinate submission timelines, project manage tenders, maintain contract registers, and liaise with suppliers.
* Sales Administration: Provide administrative/project management support to sales teams, generate regular sales reports, assist with stock queries, and contribute to marketing activities.
* Quality Management System Liaison: Collaborate with Group compliance & quality teams to support compliance activities, raise change controls, conduct SOP training, and attend group meetings.
* At least 5 years previous experience in fast-paced administrative/projects roles.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
