We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Go-To-Market Recruiter to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruiting for multiple GTM teams simultaneously while managing high-volume workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth GTM functions
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches in fast-paced environments
* Passion for leveraging technology and AI to transform recruiting processes
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor your approach to different stakeholders
* Bilingual or multilingual (fluency in French or German is a plus)
Responsibilities:
1. Drive full-cycle recruiting for multiple GTM teams simultaneously
2. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across EMEA markets
3. Partner with leaders to provide consultative guidance on talent acquisition strategy and create compelling candidate experiences
4. Leverage AI tools, including Claude, to innovate recruiting processes and drive efficiency
5. Provide data-driven insights on market conditions and compensation trends while coaching hiring managers on best practices
