Our client is seeking an Audit Manager with 3+ years PQE to join their privately-owned business team. As a member of this team, you will work alongside experienced partners, directors, and managers on a portfolio of audit clients in the privately-owned business segment. These clients typically have a turnover of €5m-€250m across various commercial sectors such as construction, retail, distribution, professional services, and engineering.

Main Responsibilities —
* Opportunities for professional growth and development within the firm's continued growth trajectory.
* Maintaining audit quality and consistency of approach using the global audit methodology and platform.
* Ensuring appropriate utilization of departmental resources in managing a portfolio of clients.
* Responsibility for fee billing and cash collection among own portfolio of clients.
* Developing staff through training, mentoring, and ongoing support.
* Experience in advisory projects such as developing strategic business plans, technical accounting for acquisitions and changes in structure, accounting framework transitions, and project collaboration with Financial Advisory and Tax team members.
About you —
* Qualified Accountant with 3 years PQE, preferably in a medium or large practice environment.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
* A strategic thinker with a strong business acumen.
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide guidance to others.
* Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong computer literacy skills.
