Job Summary:
The Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the training process, implementing solutions, and addressing requests globally.
* Deliver LMS and system training to key stakeholders, ensuring seamless onboarding
* Leverage expertise as lead trainer and primary point of contact for new team members
* Support or own actions related to NC/CAPAs, optimizing the LMS
* Analyze and recommend improvements to the training system, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness
* Provide backup support and coverage to Senior Training Specialists, ensuring continuity
* Contribute to the SLMS Training Administrators website by curating content, maintaining site contents, and calendar updates
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior role within a global business environment
* Experience supporting training processes for medical device/technology organizations is an asset
* Demonstrated knowledge of training needs analysis, instructional design, development, evaluation, adult learning concepts, and learning methodologies
