Chief IT Strategist - Leinster - Eolas Recruitment
Eolas Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief IT Strategist to join their team in Dublin. This pivotal role will play a key part in leading IT transformation initiatives, managing project planning, and providing team leadership.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing large-scale IT projects, with a proven track record of delivering successful IT transformation and project delivery. They will be responsible for spearheading IT transformation projects, aligning technology services and infrastructure with the strategic goals of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Transformation Leadership: Develop a roadmap for transforming IT services that supports business growth and innovation.
2. Project Planning and Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
3. Team Leadership and Development: Lead a team of IT professionals, utilizing project management best practices and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
4. ERP System Management: Manage the implementation, customization, and maintenance of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, to ensure they effectively support business processes and provide a platform for scalability and integration.
In addition, the Chief IT Strategist will engage with senior management and cross-functional leaders to ensure IT strategies and projects align with overall business objectives. They will also act as a key liaison between IT and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with expertise in using project management tools and methodologies. They will also have demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and drive business growth through innovative IT solutions.
