Administrative Coordinator Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including purchasing and logistics management. They will also deal with financial transactions, facilitate vendor onboarding, and perform miscellaneous activities as needed.
* Organize stationary orders and manage distribution/collection
* Process credit card transactions for goods and services
* Handle financial queries/issues related to invoicing and accounting
* Facilitate setup of new vendors
* Perform ad hoc activities/projects as required
