My client, a growing North Dublin insurance brokerage, has an exciting opening for a Commercial Account Executive to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities: Provide best-in-class service to SME clients across all commercial insurance products.
Operate with sound risk awareness and deliver tailored solutions rather than scripted responses.
Build and maintain knowledge across multiple commercial insurance products and systems.
Manage your workload effectively, ensuring client requests and call backs are handled promptly.
Develop and test innovative sales strategies to help grow the brokerage's profile and brand.
Work with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Resolve client enquiries with professionalism, enhancing the company's reputation.
What we're looking for: 2 year experience in Personal Insurance & seeking to move into a New Business Commercial Knowledge of insurance software (Relay / Open GI is an advantage).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
A proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to create tailored insurance solutions for SME clients.
A genuine passion for sales and delivering excellent customer service.
