Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on R&D Test Lead to take ownership of testing activities within a state-of-the-art laboratory. As the ideal candidate, you will oversee the setup, execution, and daily management of HVAC system testing.

Skill Requirements:
The successful candidate must possess strong hands-on experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems as well as test instrumentation and engineering measurements (airflow, pressure, temperature, flow, power etc.). Additionally they should have comfortable working in laboratory or test-bay environments. Practical experience mentoring guiding supervising technicians contractors would also be beneficial.
