Our client is looking for a Scrum Master/PM based in Cork, Ireland.
The role requires working three days a week onsite at the Cork location.
Mandatory Skill Sets
3+ years Scrum Master/Agile Lead experience with a proven track record of successful sprint delivery
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification
Deep expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills
Experience with software development lifecycle and technical project management
Activities to be performed
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) ensuring timely, focused, and productive sessions.
Remove impediments, coach team members on agile practices, and foster self-organizing, high-velocity teams.
Bridge communication between product owners, development teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Continuously refine team processes, implement best practices, and drive adoption of agile tools and methodologies.
Track sprint metrics, burndown charts, velocity trends, and team performance indicators to drive data-driven improvements.
Proactively identify and address project risks, dependencies, and blockers before they impact delivery timelines.
