Main Responsibilities:
* Workforce Management: Lead the recruitment process for indirect roles, provide valuable support for direct hiring, and ensure every new hire feels welcomed and set up for success.
* Employee Performance: Drive performance management, offer practical support to line managers and supervisors, and help ensure feedback is constructive and development-focused.
* Employee Relations: Provide steady guidance on grievance and disciplinary matters, helping teams navigate challenges with fairness and clarity.
* Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefit programs in collaboration with external partners, ensuring offerings are competitive, well-communicated, and aligned with employee needs.
* Culture Development: Help bring company values to life through engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and cultural workshops.
* HR Metrics Analysis: Deliver clear, actionable HR data covering engagement, absenteeism, turnover, and more.
* Strategic Advisory Services: Act as a trusted advisor to managers, offering insights on employee relations and organisational culture.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably within a manufacturing or operational environment.
* Demonstrated knowledge of Irish employment legislation, including grievance and disciplinary procedures, workplace investigations, and compliance with national regulations.
* Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office.
* The ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the organisation.
