**Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Specialist**

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting and developing Manufacturing Execution System (MES) electronic batch records and logbooks, associated tools, and system interfaces to meet business needs. You'll deploy existing systems, analyze information, design, program, and implement new systems or enhancements to existing systems according to company standards and guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create, modify, and enhance business applications and/or systems to satisfy business information demands.
- Analyze business processes and needs to recommend or implement changes to systems and/or procedures.
- Perform user requests for special support and/or extracts of data. Design, program, and/or implement new systems, reports, screens, and/or procedures. Document and train users on these new systems and/or changes.
- Coordinate changes and/or enhancements with vendors and/or Corporate or affiliate personnel for purchased, outsourced, and/or Corporate or affiliate supported (global) applications. Train users on these changes and/or enhancements.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing, preferably in pharmaceutical or other regulated industries.
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution System platforms required (Syncade, PharmaSuite, Pas-X). Computer Systems Validation in cGMP regulated operations experience.
- Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle.
- cGMPs.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of tools.
- Project Management and leadership skills.
