Role Overview
We seek a motivated individual to join as the Strategic Planning and Execution Lead, responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth, operational efficiency, and business objectives.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans.
* Conduct market research and industry trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
* Lead strategy planning, including setting goals, priorities, and resource allocation.
* Develop initiatives, action plans, and KPIs to track progress.
* Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration for strategic initiatives.
* Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to inform decisions.
* Present strategic recommendations and performance reports to leadership.
* Promote continuous improvement and innovation in strategic planning.
* Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related; MBA preferred.
* At least 5 years in strategic planning, business development, or related roles.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven success in executing strategic plans.
* Experience in project management.
* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Results-oriented with attention to detail.
