Site Lead
The site lead will oversee a multi-phase programme involving large-scale concrete structure, steel installation, cladding systems, and building finishes. They must ensure the successful completion of the project by managing multiple teams, coordinating with clients and design teams, and implementing effective safety and quality measures.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing multiple building teams on a large, fast-track project.
* Ensuring structure and envelope handover aligns with mechanical and electrical (M&E) requirements.
* Leading safety, quality, and programme planning initiatives.
Additional responsibilities may involve direct communication with the client and design teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
