General Ledger Accountant
This role involves preparing monthly financial reports, including analysis of the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss. It also includes preparation and review of Statutory Financial Statements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with external auditors, tax specialists and advisors to ensure compliance with all external reporting requirements. They will also assist with SOX Compliance and Reporting.
A third-level degree or equivalent qualification is required, along with 0-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. The ability to work under own initiative and enhance existing processes is essential.
