About the Role
We are currently recruiting a WAL & Palletiser Operator to join our Food Ingredients team at the Bailieborough site. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth running of production operations, with responsibility for operating machinery, processing orders, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
· Operate WAL and palletising machinery to achieve maximum output.
· Actively process orders and consume packaging using SAP systems.
· Work effectively on a rotating shift pattern.
· Collaborate within a team setting to meet production targets.
· Maintain accurate records to a high standard.
· Ensure work areas are audit-ready at all times.
· Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
· Uphold high attention to detail and self-motivation in daily tasks.
Desirable Skills & Experience
· Previous experience in a similar production or food manufacturing environment.
· Knowledge of IT systems (training will be provided).
