Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.As a core member of our Private Assets team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.ResponsibilitiesYour Role:The role involves development and implementation of quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining the highest level of service quality for our private assets clients, while providing tactical solutions to operational challengesStrategic:Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC frameworks aligned with business objectivesEstablish and maintain quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanismsDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the departmentTactical Solutions & Implementation:Design and implement practical solutions for operational inefficienciesCreate standardized workflows and procedures to address common issuesDevelop troubleshooting guides and resolution matricesEstablish escalation protocols and emergency response proceduresImplement real-time monitoring systems for quality controlCreate automated solutions for routine quality checksDesign and maintain quality control checklists and templatesQuality Assurance/Quality Control & Process Enhancement:Review and enhance existing quality standards and proceduresConduct root cause analysis of recurring issuesImplement preventive measures to minimize errorsDevelop and maintain quality control documentationEstablish quality gates and control points in operational processesMonitor compliance with established protocolsLead quality improvement projectsStakeholder Management:Collaborate with various internal teams to identify areas for quality improvementProvide regular reportingLead quality-focused training initiativesQualificationsAbout You:Degree qualified in Accounting and ideally possess an accounting qualification8+ years of fund accounting experience in either a Private Equity/Assets Fund, Private Equity/Assets Fund Administrator or other financial institutionExperience in quality assurance/control within financial servicesExtensive knowledge of private assets operations and related regulations and accounting standards, including GAAP, IFRS and other comprehensive basis of accountingStrong leadership, organizational, and time-management skillsStrong decision-making abilitiesStrong project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-taskEffective written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint), experienced user of the FIS Investran accounting platform highly desirableStrong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skillsAbility to develop quick, effective solutions to operational challengesCapability to translate strategic goals into actionable plansOur BenefitsYour well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
