Your future duties and responsibilities: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Director to drive growth and expand our market presence in the Republic of Ireland.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and successfully closing deals to achieve sales targets.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with a deep understanding of the Irish market, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across public and private sector clients in the Republic of Ireland.
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to win contracts ranging from hundreds of thousands to multi-million-pound programmes.
• Establish CGI as the trusted consultant of choice by leveraging market insights and industry expertise.
• Utilise business development and sales tools, techniques, and methodologies effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to drive business growth.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Proven track record in business development and sales within the Republic of Ireland market.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to disrupt and innovate within the industry.
• Strong leadership skills and an in-depth understanding of market trends and key business drivers.
• Expertise in public sector and commercial markets, with a focus on new business development.
• Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels.
