We pride ourselves on consistency, quality, and excellent customer service across all our locations.Role OverviewThe Restaurant Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high service standards, and supporting both staff and management. This position requires strong leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily OperationsSupervise front-of-house operations during service.Ensure all opening, shift, and closing procedures are followed.Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and readiness of the dining area.Oversee table turnover and floor management to optimise flow.Customer ServiceEnsure guests receive exceptional hospitality at all times.Handle customer complaints or special requests professionally and promptly.Support reservation management and coordinate with staff on busy shifts.Staff SupervisionLead, motivate, and support FOH staff during service.Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance monitoring.Prepare shift schedules and manage breaks when required.Quality & StandardsMaintain Daata's standards of service, presentation, and hygiene.Ensure proper adherence to food safety and health regulations.Conduct regular checks on food quality, presentation, and timings with the kitchen team.Cash & AdministrationAssist with daily cash handling, POS operations, and end-of-day reports.Manage inventory of FOH supplies and communicate needs to management.Support management with administrative tasks as needed.Skills & QualificationsEssentialPrevious experience in hospitality supervision or a senior waiter role.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy periods.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Professional presentation and a positive attitude.DesirableKnowledge of Asian or Pakistani cuisine.Experience with reservation systems and POS software.First Aid or food safety certification.What We OfferCompetitive salary and opportunities for progression.A supportive team culture and positive working environment.Staff meals and discounts.Training and professional development.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: From €30,500.00 per yearBenefits:Sick payWork Location: In person
