We are recruiting a Junior Payroll Administrator with a minimum of 1+ years' relevant experience and a willingness to learn, to work in our Payroll & HR Admin team at our Head Office in Kill, Co Kildare.
This role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract working with the People Services team. The Junior Payroll Administrator will report to the HR Admin & Payroll Manager, IRL, providing support to all Payroll and ad hoc HR Admin activities.
Salary: €30,000 per annum
Your mission
1. Involvement in the operational processing of weekly payroll (Payroll package - COINS).
2. Inputting of timesheet info for weekly paid employees.
3. Understanding of simple pay related calculations (Annual Leave and Public Holiday Entitlement, Social Welfare payments, etc).
4. Answer basic employee queries relating to pay, benefits, and general HR queries.
5. Administer employee benefits, bike to work, travel saver, etc.
6. Ensure all employee data on both the Payroll and HR system (SAP - SuccessFactors) is up to date.
7. Assist new employees with onboarding.
8. Issue contracts of employment.
9. Ensure all new hire documentation and compliance are in place.
10. Monitor and track employee changes.
11. Utilise the shared People Services ticketing system (TopDesk) to assign tickets and respond to queries within SLAs.
12. Signpost employees to company policies and systems (Time and Attendance System, Expenses System, etc).
13. Run and utilise data from BAM Systems (HR System, Payroll System) for stakeholders.
14. Support the Payroll & HR Admin team as required.
15. Assist with ad hoc data projects.
Who are we looking for?
1. 1+ year payroll processing experience.
2. Experience using payroll systems.
3. IPASS Qualification desirable.
4. Strong experience with Microsoft Office Package.
5. Attention to detail.
6. Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
7. Good knowledge of employee and employment lifecycle processes.
8. HR Admin experience desirable.
