You will balance **people leadership, technical leadership, and delivery ownership**, ensuring the team consistently delivers high-quality outcomes aligned with product strategy.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a **strong software engineering background** who enjoys staying close to the technology, coaching engineers, and helping teams make sound technical decisions.
