MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLEIndividual contributor that works under limited supervision.Applies subject matter knowledge.Requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.Responsible for supporting production activities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES•Activities include setting-up, calibrating and operating machines and equipment, following production schedules and quality standards, monitoring production processes, and troubleshooting production problems.•Troubleshoots and resolves technical problems from the product line/process to minimize reject levels.
