**The Role**
This position involves expanding their sales team in Ireland, selling a comprehensive supply chain solution supported by cloud-based software that enhances product tracking and traceability throughout its entire lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for targeting companies within the manufacturing sector, as well as warehousing, transport, and logistics entities, at both c-level board meetings and manager level.
Sales will involve production, warehousing, IT, and transport managers, focusing on new business development with extended lead times. Although this presents challenges, the financial rewards for achieving success in this role are substantial.
**Requirements**
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
* A strong background in new business sales
* Experience developing and closing deals at c-level
* Ability to work with long lead times exceeding six months
* Familiarity with selling into supply chain/manufacturing sectors
* Previous sales of software solutions into supply chain/manufacturing industries would be advantageous

**Compensation Package**
The company offers a competitive remuneration package consisting of:
* A basic salary ranging from €65,000 to €80,000
* An uncapped OTE (On-Target Earnings) of +€20,000
* A fully expensed company car
