Human Resource Professional Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource professional to join our team in Dublin, Ireland.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR administration and be proficient in all aspects of HR support, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and learning and development.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Prioritizing duties according to relevant timelines.
* Assisting with the recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
* Maintaining employee records manually and using our HRIS system in accordance with company policy and local legislative requirements.
* Working with the finance team to ensure accurate data is provided for monthly payroll.
* Coordinating L&D for the Company and administering the Learning Management System.
* Assisting in maintaining relevant Health and Safety training for employees.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively. They will also possess a good understanding of employment legislation and be able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Qualifications:
* CIPD qualified or working towards a relevant HR qualification.
* Experience:
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in HR administration.
