* Cultivating a strong pipeline of Automation resources to fulfill both immediate and future project needs.

* Maintaining internal records and ensuring GDPR compliance.

* Taking ownership of the candidate onboarding process from technical screening to contract management.

* Maintaining close relationships with placed resources.

* Providing information about company projects and job opportunities to potential applicants.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* 3-5 years' experience as a Recruiter with a track record in Automation or related disciplines.

* Previous experience recruiting within Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology sectors.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a team.

* Self-motivation and drive to contribute to team success.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

* Solid computer skills including MS Office and previous ATS experience.
