Job Description
On behalf of our client in public health, AllPro Recruitment are hiring a Medical Secretary.
This is a part-time, temporary position for a period of 3 months initially.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinic coordination, greeting patients, scheduling procedures, processing reports and results
General administrative duties including patient letters and referrals
Answering patient queries
Dictaphone typing, proof reading and dispatching clinical letters
General administrative duties as required (filing, processing payments, photocopying, shredding, ordering etc)
Assisting with post
Requirements:
Previous medical secretarial experience (minimum 2 years) essential
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent English
Highly IT proficient, touch typist
Experience of patient management systems advantageous
This is a part-time post, mornings Monday-Friday.
