Role: Residential Property Manager
Client: Leading PRS Management Company
Essentials: 2+ years of Residential Tenancy Management experience, PSRA License, Full Driving License
Location: Dublin based office & portfolio
Salary & Package: €45,000 - €55,000, bonus scheme, pension plan, onsite parking and more
Progression: Our client loves to promote internally, there is no set timelines but they always reward diligent employees
Reporting to: Director and Senior team members
We are working with a steadily and continuously growing PRS Management firm who pride themselves on being there when needed by clients and tenants and maintaining a high-level of service no matter the situation. They enjoy regular team activities and bonding throughout the year which has resulted in high-retention and allowed them to continue the great work they do.
This role is perfect for a Property Manager with 2+ years of experience who is looking to continue their growth and gain more experience at one of the top Real Estate firms in Dublin. You'll be part of a large Property Management team who manage a couple of thousand units throughout Dublin.
