Operations Support Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to join a large, fast-paced operation as an Operations Support Specialist. The successful candidate will play an integral part in coordinating retail and logistics functions across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain close collaboration with Retail & Logistics Operations Managers to implement and continuously improve operational processes and policies.
* Identify new procedures for increasing efficiency of day-to-day operations. Flag recurring issues or process gaps for resolution by the respective managers.
The ideal candidate is extremely organised with great attention to detail. They must be able to prioritise tasks efficiently while managing multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
