Key Job Responsibilities:
* Manage the front desk in all day-to-day operations to include check in/out, cash, reservations and guest queries.
* Ensure the correct handling and charging of all daily business accounts.
* Provide exceptional friendly service to guests at all times, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
* Work closely with departmental managers to ensure a pleasant experience for guests.
Main Duties:
* Lead the reception team in a proactive approach to selling hotel services and amenities.
* Oversee room occupancy and rate maximization through effective sales strategies.
* Maintain accurate records and balance payments.
* Collaborate with the Revenue Manager to drive revenue growth.
