From hearty classics to innovative creations, each offering pays homage to traditional Irish flavors while embracing a forward-thinking approach to eating out.The RoleReporting to the Head Chef, you will be a professional, focused, enthusiastic person with a passion for food and a real willingness to learn.
We are looking for someone with some previous experience working as a commis chef but full training will be given.
Day to day duties will include:
• Preparing all ingredients for service for allocated section to the required standard, ensuring no wastage.
• Cooking dishes to restaurant standards.
• Working in an organised, hygienic manner at all times ensuring the HACCP regulations are adhered to.
• Maintaining the kitchen in a clean and hygienic manner.
The Ideal Candidate will be:
• HACCP trained or have previous food hygiene training.
• Have some previous Chefexperience.
•
• Able to work in a pressurised environment
• Have a genuine interest in learning more about food preparation.
