Job Description
The ideal candidate should be available to work both day and evening shifts, including midweek and weekends.
Shift Hours
* Day Shift: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
* Evening Shift: 12:00 PM - 08:30 PM
Main Purpose Of The Role
The primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient and thorough cleaning and servicing of the premises, including rooms, bathrooms, corridors, public areas, and toilets. You will be expected to maintain a clean and fresh environment that meets approved standards for our guests. Additionally, you'll be responsible for assisting with the laundering and cleaning all hotel linen to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Report for duty on time and in the correct uniform.
* Clean and service the bedrooms allocated to you to the required standard, as well as complete any assigned laundry duties.
* Perform any additional tasks as directed by management related to accommodation services or general cleaning projects.
* Safeguard lost property by handing it in to your manager at the end of your shift and promptly notifying management of any theft from rooms.
* To carry out our customer relations policy (as displayed on staff notice board and in back office) with discretion and with particular respect to the privacy of guests, their business and their belongings whilst resident in the hotel.
* Communicate hotel services and facilities to guests as needed.
* Address customer complaints professionally and report them to management.
* Ensure guest needs and requirements are met efficiently.
* Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all times.
* To ensure that all reasonable care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, other employees, guests and any other persons on the premises
* Participate in fire drills and adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
* Report any accidents or damage, and take appropriate action when possible.
* Attend all required training sessions as directed by management.

€13.50 - €14.00 per hour
